There is a large difference in what educational background and experience the different sustainability responsible got in different companies. There is a good reason for that….. and that is sustainability is a very broad topic that actually requires a whole army of different skills in order to cover the full area. There is however one more area of needed skills that was not covered at all in that blog and that is the need for legal skills. Human rights, Eu and local laws and not least reading through rendered judgements. The following article is in Danish, but gives a good insight into a needed skills that is often forgotten.
